i would like to know if you have to take the entire nose cone off in order to get to the horn for removal and replacement?  I have a 86 helix and I tried for an hour to get to the bolt that holds the horn,  and could not .  The head of the bolt faces the front of the scooter right behind the radiator.  HELP.
