Here's the Service Manual, maybe the troubleshooting info will help you out.

How about a little more info? Had it been running recently, or did you just take it out of long term storage? Did it exhibit any unusual signs the last time you rode it, etc.?
Have you checked the basics, such as corroded connections at your battery? Does the battery have (and hold) a charge?
Not being a smart-a**, but it's kind of hard to make any kind of diagnosis with the limited info you provided. Good luck.

Hi,
my neighbor came over to take a look at my scooter. He found out the battery was empty. We could use a set of jumper cables to get it running again. The thing is how could the battery die over three nights???
Drove the Helix all day yesterday, will see if it starts tomorrow.
Thanks for all your help

How old is your battery? It could easily die in a span of three days if your battery is 4-5 years old and the temperature in your garage is 20 degrees farenheit. You could have also left something on, and discharged your battery. You said your neighbor discovered that your battery was "empty". Do you mean it was fully discharged, or are you saying there was no acid in the battery? Not knowing the age of your battery, or it's condition, I'd recommend checking the connections to the battery and making sure they're tight, then putting your battery on a trickle charger for a few hours. If your battery in fact has no acid in it, it's probably fried and you'll need a new one. If it's just discharged, you may be able to bring it back with a good trickle charger/battery tender. Good luck.
